Prices are great!! Offers the luxury of home while on vacation!! Cheaper than most hotels with more to offer! The more people you have to split costs with the cheaper it is, just make sure to check the maximum occupancy requirements! Many times you can get cheaper rates if you rent from home on the state lines! Many are pet friendly and all have way more room than you would find at any hotel for the same cost! Enjoy the feel of home while away from home!

Very true, everybody is very kind on Cox Vacation Rentals Inc with their reviews, unlike Booking.com where you get smashed for no apparent reason. One thing important to note always; everything you write says a lot more about you than your guest, this is strictly from the Airbnb host perspective, so, always, be kind and polite in your response, address the issues your guest has mentioned and like it’s well mentioned in the article; do not get emotional whatever you do

Very clean & comfortable! Great location, close to everything on the Westside (great dining, micro breweries, Newport Market, bike paths, etc...) and just a short walk/ bike into town or the Old Mill District. We loved the Bluebird House. Mr. Jeff Seller was really helpful . I recommended Cox vacation Rentals

Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay while in Bend. The location of the River Gem Bungalow is incredibly convenient to all areas and the access to the river was fabulous.... What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. This is a fantastic Airbnb. It is extremely clean and tidy and matches the description perfectly. It is in a great location to quickly hop over to Atlantic Ave. to grab food and drinks. The neighborhood is lovely, and we enjoyed taking the bikes out for a stroll around. The hosts were very professional and responded quickly when we had questions. Loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the scenery. It was nicely furnished and updated, even nicer than we expected. The apartment is centrally located in Pacific Grove making it extremely convenient to everything. The apartment was super clean, new, sparkling and bright.
